The Upper House of the WA Parliament is demanding the McGowan Government reverse its cuts to regional education, including Moora Residential College where the fight is continuing to save it and Aunty Fil threw in her 2 cents this morning.
Senior Sergeant Geoff Dickson from the Northam police let us know of course about the impending double demerit points for the Easter long weekend. Also there has been a burglary recently in town and there is a call to the public to look out for the perpetrators. Also- Geoff’s' daughter Molly had a great weekend at the Farmers Markets fundraising for her trip to Switzerland to represent Australia in the Floorball.
El Rewell the wonderful woman from the Northam Lions club let us know about the upcoming markets and the fundraising involved, Lions also had a lot to do with the recent Black Dog Ride.
