They highlight the difference between working through discomfort and the nervous system being unsafe. They also discuss why trauma is relevant to business, coaching, and everything in life, and underscore how we can all open up to joy.
“There’s no universal definition of what it means to be joyful—it’s a full body experience only you can experience for yourself. The fun thing is discovering what joy means to you.” - Dr. Erin Baker
