Pip Laiika is a Creative Business Coach and Artist equipped with many modalities to help her clients. She has gone through a number of transitions from textile design, IT, graphic design to name a few before her journey led her to study mind body medicine and starting her own creative coaching business Studio Soul Star.

She is NLP certified, practises Hypnotherapy, Kinesiology, EFT, and approaches her coaching with spirituality. We discuss how learning new things is never wasted and only enhances us. Pip talks about fulfilment in what you do as the first and most important step and accessing those feelings right now and bottling those memories in a "positive emotion potion".

Pip also talks about her spiritual self care tools and showing up and being seen as she pushes herself through her own challenge milestones and to keep going with that next step consistently.
