Louise is the founder of PerkyPod, a plant pot which she has invented and now ready to launch! She shares her incredible journey of being in the airforce as an airfield, then chief engineer to now launching her very own product. We chat about adversity in her roles including being a woman and mum in the military, imposter syndrome, fear and the wobbly days of entrepreneurship, to how she felt about transitioning out of a big career which was rewarding but also came with the stress.
