For more than two years, both the government and media organizations treated the lab-leak hypothesis of COVID-19’s origin as a conspiracy theory or intentional disinformation. Government-funded fact checkers helped deplatform those who argued in its favor, and Big Tech platforms censored and shut down accounts that insisted on discussing it.

Five years after the pandemic started in Wuhan, intelligence sources are finally leaking the truth before the new administration exposes it. The Defense Intelligence Agency’s bioweapons researchers conducted a study in 2021 that revealed that the spike protein that made COVID so contagious had shown evidence of human manipulation. It also exactly matched the process detailed in a 2008 paper published by the Wuhan scientists.

And yet the government and media suppressed all discussion of this obvious and likely explanation. The corruption of American media and their willingness to sell out free speech and dissent turned into a virus itself—attacking liberty and common sense.
