The tent encampment has been removed from the lawn at City Hall. As local media was waiting for that to happen photographer from Expedia was taking pictures. KMOX's Stuart McMillian talked with Expedia Photographer Dale Reubin about his reason for being in St. Louis and his surprise of people not walking around.
