Ahmad Yazid Othman, Senior Fellow at Majlis Tindakan Ekonomi Melayu (MTEM), shares his thoughts on PuTERA35 and whether or not its targets which include raising Bumiputera employment in skilled sectors to 70% by 2035, from 61% currently, are indeed achievable.
