Future faking has officially entered the chat. This week, Emma is back in the studio for her first solo of 2026, and is going down the rabbit hole about the people who sell you a future they were never planning to build. She breaks down why it feels so intoxicating, why it accelerates attachment, and why it doesn’t just break your heart — it breaks your self-trust. And in true Too Much fashion, it’s not just theory. Emma shares a wildly chaotic 72-hour case study involving Miami, a yacht, a monogamy declaration, lingerie in Soho…and a ghosting for the books.

This episode is part PSA, part big-sister debrief, part reminder that your boundaries are not the problem — they’re the filter. Emma talks about the difference between expressing the future you want and promising a shared future you haven’t earned yet, how to clock future fakers early, and how to shut it down without becoming cynical about love. If you’ve ever been love bombed, future faked, or left grieving a future that never existed, this one will make you feel a lot less crazy and a lot more protective of your muchness.

Emma's always been told she's, "too much" and now, she's done apologizing for it. From NY to LA and back again, she's lived a thousand lives and if there's anything she's learned, it's to be unapologetically yourself. Every Tuesday, Emma is getting raw and real about everything from f*ckups and breakups, thriving (and surviving) in your 20s and 30s, how to be the best version of yourself and so much more. So grab a drink, because we're going down the rabbit hole...
