If you've ever mentally rehearsed what you'd do if you ran into your ex... buckle up. Because one day, it's gonna happen.

This week, Emma's telling you the story of the most chaotic first date of her life — a night that somehow involved her ex, some martinis and a YB. You truly cannot make this shit up.

But here's the part that will surprise you.. This episode isn't about him. It's about what your reaction to seeing your ex actually says about where you are in your healing.

We're going down the rabbit hole about the scaries we get over seeing our exes, why we secretly hope we'll run into them, the burning desire for them to see our glow-up, why seeing them with someone new feels like someone knocked the wind out of you, and the biggest lie we tell ourselves after a breakup: that seeing them one more time will finally give us closure.

If you're scared of bumping into your ex, still checking their Instagram, secretly hoping they regret losing you, or wondering if you're actually over them this will be your rude awakening. Because the goal isn't to make your ex miss you, it's to get to a place where you genuinely couldn't care less if they do.

And trust us... that's a whole different kind of power.

Emma's always been told she's, "too much" and now, she's done apologizing for it. From NY to LA and back again, she's lived a thousand lives and if there's anything she's learned, it's to be unapologetically yourself. Every Tuesday, Emma is getting raw and real about everything from f*ckups and breakups, thriving (and surviving) in your 20s and 30s, how to be the best version of yourself and so much more. So grab a drink, because we're going down the rabbit hole...
