Just curious — when did we get so comfortable with having the same friends, same dinners, same group chat dissecting the same man for the 47th time? And then wonder why we keep getting the same answers? Consider this your wake up call... at some point, you’re feeding the same information into the same machine and expecting a different output. And it's gotta stop.

This week, we’re going down the rabbit hole about why expanding your circle might be one of the most underrated ways to expand your life. Not social climbing, not collecting contacts and not ditching your longtime friends. We're talking about meeting new people, mixing friend groups, actually following up on the “we should get dinner” text, and realizing that new people bring new perspectives, opportunities, conversations — and sometimes entirely new versions of you.

Emma shares her six-month scroll strategy she's been unknowingly used for years, why she shamelessly keeps extending the invite, and how bringing complete strangers together has changed the way we think about networking, friendship and opportunity.

Because it’s not just about who you know. It’s about who remembers you.

Emma's always been told she's, "too much" and now, she's done apologizing for it. From NY to LA and back again, she's lived a thousand lives and if there's anything she's learned, it's to be unapologetically yourself. Every Tuesday, Emma is getting raw and real about everything from f*ckups and breakups, thriving (and surviving) in your 20s and 30s, how to be the best version of yourself and so much more. So grab a drink, because we're going down the rabbit hole...
