This week, Emma is going down the rabbit hole into the psychology of love languages — beyond the basic “five” you think you know. The biggest takeaway? How your love languages evolve with your attachment style, trauma, and even your menstrual cycle. From decoding why your partner’s “I cleaned your room” doesn’t hit like an “I love you,” to how love languages get weaponized in relationships, Emma exposes the emotional dialects that make or break connection.

Emma is sharing her take on Dr. Gary Chapman’s controversial origins, the modern love language rewrites, and what it actually means to love someone their way — not just yours.

And as promised, stay tuned until the end for Emma’s real-life ghost story as part of her October Series set in her haunted LA apartment — scratches, moving objects, pink bathwater, and all.

Emma's always been told she's, "too much" and now, she's done apologizing for it. From NY to LA and back again, she's lived a thousand lives and if there's anything she's learned, it's to be unapologetically yourself. Every Tuesday, Emma is getting raw and real about everything from f*ckups and breakups, thriving (and surviving) in your 20s and 30s, how to be the best version of yourself and so much more. So grab a drink, because we're going down the rabbit hole...
