So many options are available at your fingertips - and no need to get off your sofa - it can be tempting. 

But new research looking into the food on offer has found that most of it is junk food - and far from nutritious. 

Speaking to Lloyd Burr live is Dr Rajshri Roy, a dietician and senior lecturer at the University of Auckland.
