Montel Williams shares about his new book The Sailing of The Intrepid: The Incredible Wartime Voyage of the Navy's Iconic Aircraft Carrier on the show today. Williams, the Emmy Award-winning talk show host ("The Montel Williams Show" (1991-2008)), retired from the Naval Reserve at the rank of lieutenant commander in 1996, highly-decorated after 22 years of service. He currently hosts "Military Makeover with Montel."
