Actor Scott Baio

Actor Scott Baio joins the Tim DeMoss Show today to discuss the new film God's Not Dead: In God We Trust (in theatres Thursday September 12).

Baio, known for his roles on TV shows "Happy Days" & "Charles In Charge" (among others), plays John Wesley, political advisor to Senator Peter Kane (Ray Wise). Kane runs for office emphasizing his belief there's no room for God in the execution of government. Reverend David Hill (David A.R. White), a small-town pastor, steps up to run against Senator Kane with the help of Lottie Jay (Samaire Armstrong), a former political PR expert in her own right. The fight becomes a beacon of hope for people seeking moral leadership in a divided world, with encouragement to viewers to cast their vote and be counted.

Newsboys, as they have with previous "God's Not Dead" films, appear in this newest installation in the series--both as actors and through their music, with three songs from their new "Worldwide Revival Part 1" album featured.

Our partnership with GFA World continues as well, seeking to send 2000 copies of God's Word this month to Africa & Asia. To help, please pray...and if you'd like to give a copy ($5 per), 1 866 659-7361 and the GFA World banner at wfil.com are the two main ways to do so (thank you!)
