Traffic queen Angel Martinez takes a well-deserved shot at men who drive Porsche Boxsters (it’s a chick car, and she said what she said). Another water main has burst, this time in the heart of Hollywood, while the giant one in West Hollywood is finally being plugged up so the Sunset Strip can reopen. Is this heatwave making LA’s 100-year-old pipes explode? We also get the latest from downtown on day 4 of the D4vd murder hearing in the killing of teenage Celeste Rivas. KFI reporter John Fink calls in live from San Diego Comic-Con 2026, where Johnny Depp showed up in character to promote his film Ebenezer and Fink bumped into another John — Cena. Andy plays some of President Trump’s remarks from tonight’s White House Correspondents’ Dinner, then rolls into the TalkBacks as listeners are clearly already in full Friday-night mode.
