Tim Conway Jr Show Hour 4 (5.11)

Tim Conway Jr. and Neil Saavedra dive into the magic of radio, the golden age of broadcasting, and why podcasts, social media, and customized audio still can’t replace the live connection of real radio. Neil reveals his surprising history in the tattoo industry, including inventing a tattoo needle gun and sharing wild tattoo facts most people never knew. Then, the crew uncovers the dark origins of classic nursery rhymes like “Ring Around the Rosie,” asks whether Humpty Dumpty was really an egg, and reacts to Uber’s new “Eats for the Way” feature for Uber Black riders. Plus, “What’s Your Shade?” brings the drama with double dipping, mints, makeup and everyday social crimes.

Tim Conway Jr. was born and raised in Los Angeles and is the son of iconic comedy legend Tim Conway of The Carol Burnett Show. Over twelve successful years, his show became famous across Southern California for entertaining topics, live police chases, Hollywood craziness, pop culture, sports, and current events with a twist of humor. In 2009, when KLSX switched to an all-music format, Conway joined KFI AM 640, continuing to bring listeners his unique comedic perspective on breaking news, politics, gambling, history, sports, entertainment, and life in SoCal.

Throughout his career, Conway has been featured on Fox 11, CBS, NBC, and ABC, and has received numerous industry honors including a Golden Mic Award, an Edward R. Murrow Award, and a Marconi Award nomination for Personality of the Year. When he’s not entertaining listeners, Conway enjoys spending time with his family, supporting local charities, and hanging out at the racetracks.
