The University of Limpopo has suspended the end of year examinations with effect from today until the 1st of November due to the ongoing and severe water supply challenges affecting the campus. UL spokesperson, Victor Kgomoeswana says currently, students are not able to bath properly, they can't clean their rooms nor flush toilets. Kgomoeswana says they find the current conditions unhygienic and unacceptable for conducting examinations or regular operations. He says they understand the importance of the examinations to all students and maintains exams will resume on Monday the 4th of November and a revised timetable will be communicated.
