INTRO: Suspended deputy national police commissioner, General Shadrack Sibiya, has been questioned on the disbanding of the political killings task team (PKTT). The PKTT was disbanded in December 2024 by Police Minister, Senzo Mchunu. General Sibiya was questioned on the Marais report that was used to substantiate the disbanding of the PKTT.
