INTRO: Some of the political analysts say the office of the Public Protector, the SA Reserrve Bank, the NPA and the South Revenue Service all stand acused of abdicating their responsibilities in the Phala Phala saga. All four institutions dealt with the matter and found no wrong-doing on the partt of the president in their investigations. But yesterday, the Constitutional Court ruled that Parliament was wrong in rejecting the Section 89 Panel Report which found that Presient Cyril Ramaphosa has a case to answer. Meanwhile, EFF leader, Julius Malema said that he will write the National Assembly Speaker, Thoko Didiza to urgently establish an empeachment committee.
