INTRO: Ekurhuleni Mayor Nkosindiphile Xhakaza, has confirmed that the City has effected the full suspensions of it's Head of Legal Services Kemi Behari, as well as it's Head of Human Resources Linda Gxasheka. According to Xhakaza, the suspensions form part of the City's ongoing programme of institutional renewal aimed at strengthening governance systems and restoring administrative integrity across all departments. Both officials will soon appear before the City's Disciplinary Committee.
