The Thohoyandou High Court has struck off the roll with costs the application to interdict the construction of Malamulele Mall. The court application was filed by Yinhla Property Development against Dr Mike Nkuna of Masingita Group of Companies. The court sitting was held yesterday at Mutale outside Thohoyandou. When speaking on Munghana Lonene FM, Dr Mike Nkuna reassured the people that indeed Malamulele Mall is coming. He said he started the process of wanting to build Malamulele Mall almost 17 years ago, and the mall is expected to open in August 2027.
