President Cyril Ramaphosa has insisted that there will be a G20 declaration at the summit in Johannesburg this weekend. This after the United States notified G20 members that it will oppose a traditional Leaders' Declaration. The US said it will not attend the summit over its claims of a white genocide in South Africa. Addressing the closing ceremony of the G20 Social Summit, Ramaphosa said Pretoria will not be bullied by anyone.
