The Constitutional Court has sent the case of Nkosinathi Makate's "Please Call Me" and Vodacom back to the Supreme Court of Appeal in Bloemfontein, Free State. The Apex Court handed down its judgment in the drawn out legal battle in Johannesburg on Thurday. The case has dragged on for more than two decades. It centres around Makate's invention of the 'Please Call Me' service in November 2000, which allows users to send free call-back requests.
