An agenda of reform will shape the actions of the 7th Administration in the year to come. This was outlined by President Cyril Ramaphosa in his State of the Nation address delivered on Thursday night at the Cape Town City Hall. The speech outlined the socio-economic and political challenges facing the country - including the water and energy crises, local government failures, high unemployment and poverty amongst others - while announcing measures to resolve these in the short and longer term.
