The signing of the Expropriation Bill into law by President Cyril Ramaphosa has divided some of the parties that are under the Government of National Unity. Two of them have lamented the Act -- and say they will take the matter to court -- while others have welcomed it. The Act repeals the 1975 Expropriation Act of the apartheid regime.
