The Chief Executive Officer of Independent Development Trust says lack budget hampers some of its projects. Tebogo Malaka was speaking at the Infrastructure Workshop convened by Limpopo Premier Doctor Phophi Ramathuba in Polokwane.  Ramathuba is concerned that infrastructure projects take long to be completed in the province.
