INTRO: The Police and Prisons Civil Rights Union is calling for the law to take its course following the arrest of ten police officers in Ekhuruleni, in Gauteng. The six Ekurhuleni Metro police department officers and four SAPS members from Tsakane police station have been taken into custody for alleged fraud and corruption. POPCRU spokesperson, Richard Mamabolo  says oversight bodies like the Independent Police Investigative Directorate should lead investigations.
