The Public Works and Infrastructure in Limpopo, says heavy rains have caused severe damage to infrastructure particularly in the Mopani, Vhembe and Waterburg districts. Due to the situation, this week the provincial Education Department, suspended schooling in several districts following persistent heavy rainfall which resulted in severe flooding causing damage to homes, bridges and roads. Proceedings at the Madlanga Commission got off to a rocky start for Sergeant Fannie Nkosi on Friday. This after Commissioner Sesi Baloyi SC, reprimanded him for evading questions at the Commission. Sergeant Nkosi returned to the Madlanga Commission for a fifth day in a row, to answer questions about his relations with top Tshwane officials. He was yet against probed about sharing confidential City of Tshwane documents, with those who stood to benefit from them. He also testified about DJ Sumbody's death and the gunning down of AKA and his friend Tibz Motsoane.
