 Scores of EFF supporters including vendors have started gathering  at the Khayelitsha Rugby Stadium on the Cape Flats ahead of the party's 12th anniversary celebrations. Thousands of EFF supporters from surrounding areas such as Mitchell's Plain, Delft, Philippi, Nyanga and Gugulethu and others are expected to fill the venue. EFF leader Julius Malema is expected to deliver the keynote address reflecting on the 12 years of existence of the party.  There is police presence including the city of Cape Town officials.
