Electricity minister Kgosientsho Ramokgopa has acknowledged that electricity is expensive. However he says government is workinig working on an electricity pricing policy. His comments comes as  residents of Diepkloof, in Soweto marched to Eskom's Soweto offices demanding a flat rate tariff of 350 rand for their electricity consumption. He was speaking at the Inaugural National Transport Conference in Midrand north of Johannesburg on Monday.
