INTRO: Deputy President Paul Mashatile has urged young people to seize the moment and be part of the upcoming national dialogue, which is set to begin with a national convention on the 15 August this year. Mashatile delivered the main address at the commemoration of the class of 1976 on Monday. The national Youth Day event took place in Potchefstroom, in North West, the province that currently has the highest youth unemployment numbers in the country.
