This year marks 48 years after the death of Prof Robert Mangaliso Sobukwe on the 27 February in 1978 in Kimberly. Sobukwe was born on the 5th December 1924 in Graaff Reinet (Cape). The APC has annually respected Prof Robert Sobukwe by reaching out especially the neglected rural communities in commemorating his life.
