INTRO: Academic activities have been halted at the University of the Free State in Bloemfontein, amid ongoing protests by students over the cancellation of provisional registration. Students mobilised from 10pm on Sunday night and shut down the campus. Meanwhile others also gathered outside the Bloemfontein Magistrates court this morning (MONDAY) to support six students who appeared on charges of malicious damage to property and public violence.
