INTRO: The lives of the Limpopo police officer and her co-accused, charged with killing nine civilians for insurance payouts, will be in danger should they be released on bail. That's according to the investigating officer in the matter, Captain Keshi Mabunda. Sergeant Rachel Kutumela, her sister, Anna Shokane and her daughter, Florah Shokane, have been charged with nine counts of murder and several other charges of insurance fraud amounting to ten million rand.
