The Mpumalanga Division of the High Court in Mbombela has ordered Alxendra Forbes not to pay out the 44-point-seven million Rand of the late deputy president David Mabuza to his widow Patience Mnisi. This is an interim order until the Mabuza family resolve their disputes and whether these funds are Mabuza's pension funds. Mabuza nominated Patience Mnisi as a beneficiary -- but Mabuza's daughter, Tamara Silinda, insists that she and her siblings are entitled to benefit from their father's estate.
