The Gender Equality Commision has condenmed the behaviour of a businessman Lawrence Mudzinganyama following a viral video showing him allegedly threatening women during a confrontation at a Sandton restaurant. Meanwhile, Deputy National Police Commissioner, Tebello Mosiliki confirmed that Mudzinganyama handed himself over to the Randburg Police station, north of Johannesburg and has been released on warning. Mudzinganyama is facing an intimidation charge and is expected to appear in court on the 1st of next month. Mosiliki say investigations are continuing and that the circulation of the video does not replace the required legal process.
