President Cyril Ramaphosa says the outcomes of the much-anticipated national dialogue, cannot replace the democratic processes that have been mandated by South Africa's constitution. Ramaphosa was speaking at his first meeting with the eminent persons group at the Union Buildings in Pretoria today. The group, which comprises of over 30 prominent persons have been chosen to champion the national dialogue.
