National Education Collaboration Trust launched Limpopo Learning Improvement Programme (LLIP), to address learning outcomes in the province.(LLIP), an evidence-based education intervention designed to address the decline in learning outcomes across the province and strengthen the foundational pillars of Mathematics and English across the pivotal transition points of Grades 4, 8 and 9.
