He also congratulated the Chicago Rockford International Airport on winning Best Airport in the State award, as well as outlined the new Upward Mobility Action Plan for the city. He wraps up by inviting the public to meet the new Fire Chief candidates, and asks for new baby diapers from the community during this week's city wide family drive.
