SEGMENT #2: President & CEO of Community Foundation of NW Illinois Michelle DeHaven

   
In this segment, Michelle outlines the ways individuals can donate to help tornado victims of Northwest Illinois, specifically Lena, Illinois after the EF2 tornado destroyed half of the town on April 17th. The Community Foundation is matching up to $50,000 to aid relief efforts. The dollars will be distributed to non-profits such as the food kitchens, Red Cross, and Salvation Army of Stephenson County. How one can donate was outlined.


SEGMENT #3: Rockford Mayor Tom McNamara 

In this segment, Rockford Mayor Tom McNamara highlights his State of the City address from last week, hitting on housing, crime, business status, Rockford Promise and more. He also encourages shoppers to utilize Auburn and 11th Street businesses during construction phases.
