Paris is looking ahead to find out what’s in the future with Jason Derulo!
He’s already accomplished so much, but he reveals what’s still on his bucket list.
And Jason teaches Paris some hacks to make sure you stay away from the germs in your hotel room!
I ambarrassed.
Welcome back to the final episode of I Am Paris with Jason Drolel. Let's talk about the future. What is something on your bucket list?
Something on my bucket list that I really really would like to do is an action film. I really would love to do ah an action film that's you know, kind of comedic at the same time. And I feel like I prepared my whole life for that moment, you know what I'm saying, and it just has to be the right one.
What are you looking forward to most of the summer.
I'm not gonna let this summer pass me. This one.
I'm gonna like really get some good time in with me and me and the sun and my son.
Yeah.
I want to spend some good time on the beach. I just sold my condo in Miami, but I'm sure you might have some some good hotel recommendations in Miami, so I want to spend some time in Miami. I want to spend some time in Europe for the summer as well, so like all my all my free days, I want to actually get out there and enjoy the Sunday summer.
Yeah, what about you, I am going to be going to Malibi because we just fashed our new house there.
How long did it take the build we renovated.
They said it would be like a couple months, but it's been like almost two years.
Wow. That sounds interesting, that sounds familiar. Yeah.
Yeah, So when we heard it, like okay, perfect for the summer, and then they're like yeah yeah, and then it was like the summertime over and then we're like, okay, did you mean the summer or next summer or the next one?
So when is it going to be ready?
Supposedly the first week of Jill. Are there any dream venues or cities where you've never performed before but you'd love to.
I'd like to do more in India.
I've performed there a couple of times, but it's a culture that I'm just really connected to some reason. I love their food, i love their music, I love the Indian scale. So I'm just really connected to to their culture for some reason. So I just want to do more in India, even.
Though I've done. I've done you know a couple of things.
I've done two Indian collaborations, one being jelab Baby that really did, did really well, and then I just did a new one with King that's called Bumpa that I'm excited about. And then I have another Indian collaboration with an artist named Nora that's called Snake that's coming out in a couple of months. I'm really like trying to inch my way, yeah into the Indian market because I just love it so much.
Yeah.
I was there a few months ago my perfume launch, and I just I love the people out there. They're just so kind. Mmmm. It's just so beautiful. Just I love all the colors and the fashion and just the food is amazing.
Were you there for a while, just for a couple of days.
Yeah, yeah, little stop on the perfume tour.
Oh nice, nice? I mean how long was the tour? Did you do that for a while?
It was like there and Chili and Dubai Nice and Malaysia so it's just like everywhere.
Yeah, yeah, you sounds like you ever were.
Yeah. I try just to like get as much done and this less time as possible, kind of like squeeze a week's work within two days. So it's a lot, but I like to optimize my time always.
That's beautiful.
Okay, you're a virgo. Do you think that you're like your sign.
I definitely think I'm like my sign. I feel like I'm like.
The the poster boy for my sign because I am through and through a Virgo when it comes to being a perfectionist, almost to a fault.
Do it, do it, redo it, do it again, do it again.
It's just like my model, like for everything, and a lot of times things don't get done because I'm continuously redoing. So I'm perfectionists through and through. And yeah, I think I think most Virgos are that way. Some some virgosh you're either like a neat freak or a germophobe.
I'm more of a germophobe. So, like I go to the bathroom, I don't want to touch shit.
Yeah, I'll take the tissue and I'll just touch everything with the tissue.
Like I don't know how people touch the door handles and things after It's like, yeah, it's like so many people probably didn't wash their hands walking out. It's like that.
Yeah, man, And I hate I hate that my brain works that way, though I wish I wasn't like that. But I'm constantly thinking about that one guy that took a ship and got some doodoo on his hands and touched the doorknob.
But why is my mind there? I don't know why is because it probably happened. Man. If it did happened, you don't have to worry about this.
But picking up the toilet seat sounds like the worst idea?
Do people do that with their hand?
Usually?
I think most people? Do you pick up here? Do you use a tissue or kick it out your foot? Are you flexible as hell? You forget what you.
Tishoot like I'm a girl, I don't, okay, So I'm not.
As bad as I thought I was.
Someone's like, not everybody's using their but somebody.
But it's okay.
Someone is listening to us right now. They're never gonna do it again.
Anyway.
Don't touch the bottom of the toilet seat because that's where the doodle juice.
It trickles to the front.
Because if you look at the way that the the seat is set up, the front is like a little lower at times, you know, so the doodoo water is just going trickle to the front. That's exactly where the handle is to pull it. Anyway, Don't use your hands, man, Shit's nasty. Yeah, even if you're can wash your hands after. I don't want I don't want that ship on my hands. Literally don't want that ship on my hand.
I heard also that when you flush the toilet that like things shoot up in the air, like some amount of feet.
I was like, what for sure? For sure? And I never talked about this before.
My son likes to flush the toilet, but like he doesn't understand that at his height, he is exactly.
The location that you do not want to be.
And my toilets are a little too high powered. I needed to turn them down to something because they like they're going crazy.
So he wants to flush the toilet.
And so I have to like grab him, like, but one day he'll get while I'm doing that.
I was the first, but it was very educational.
I'm here, I'm here for the people I love.
It.
Was there any other life lessons or hacks that you've learned in your life?
I have so many it's hard to think of them on the spot, or.
Any life advice.
Yes.
So if you're driving and you hydroplane, god forbid, into a lake or some sort of body of water, and now you are trapped in your vehicle, you can't get out. All you gotta do is take the head rest out and at the bottom of every head rest there is a glass breaker at the bottom of the head rest, So you take that clink and you can break the glass.
I don't think anyone knows that.
Yeah I didn't know that, right, nobody know that?
Is that true? Then you can do that underwater too.
It wouldn't like, yeah, it's to break the glass, that's what it's made for.
But then does the glass like go and like sharden to you.
No, no, no, no, it actually shatters. So it's like I got mortals too.
Yes.
So in a hotel room, I know that you know your family is uh you know the hotel royalty than you do. You know what the dirtiest part of a hotel room is, No, the dirtiest part of a hotel room is the remote It's the remote control. Most people think it might be the toilet, or it might be no, no, no, it's the remote control. So if you if you're eating your food and you're eating a sandwich and you're changing the channel at the same time, you're disgusting what because.
The shit is dirt.
It's like the most germ filled part of any hotel room. So if you can and just like maybe like for Hilton Hotels, maybe there's something specific that you guys can do to make the remote a little less.
They purell it pure purel.
Is that what they do?
Yeah, at the Hilton's only other hotels they don't do it.
I don't, but the Hilton's the Hilton's got to figure out. See I already knew already that's stay at the Hilton.
That's all you need to know.
Hilton. It matters where say.
That's for sure, because the worst thing you want to do is to be eating a sandwich and then like you pick up the remote and then you got the doodle juice again.
Oh my gosh, I hate that.
I know these facts and.
All their facts have been about this type of juice.
And I fly a lot, be taking planes ship and like they say, you shouldn't take your shoes off on the plane.
Why god, what now?
Because a lot of people get sick on the plane and they throw up on the floor.
What so there's a lot of throw up juice. Oh my god.
But all I want to do is take off my shoes. It relacs my feet. But I can't because I just got too much information.
But they say it's like it's so common for people to throw up on the plane.
I'm sorry I went off on a tangent, but I.
Got so many useless facts that I have to live with by myself, so now you have to live with them.
To thank you, I'll be thinking about, oh my god, yes, okay, I loved those facts. We're going to do a rapid fire game of this or that questions. I'll say two options, and you pick one. Live for the moment or plan for the future. Live for a moment, throwing a huge party or a tending one.
Attending one yea throwing it. There's a lot of that goes into that. It's a lot of hardwork.
Comedy movie or action movie to watch.
I like a comedy action, but if I had to choose out of the two, I would say an action.
Huh, road trip or flying definitely? Flying books are audio books?
Audio books? Yeah?
Same.
You can accomplish two things at one.
Time, exactly, cats or dogs, dogs, texting our phone calls, texting, sushi or Tacos, sushi, early bird or night owl, night out, staying in or going out.
Stay in.
That's all I have for you today. So much fun.
Thank you so much, Bras. It's been an incredible.
Thank you so much for coming over. And you're so awesome And this was so much fun spending the day with you, and I learned so much, I laugh so much. There's so much fun. I can't wait to do music together. Absolutely, and I can't wait to come to your show in Las Vegas.
Absolutely, it's gonna be this year is gonna be turned out. We're gonna be sliving.
