Everything you understand about your relationship shifts when you have a baby, all the rules, needs and expectations that the relationship was built will shift, literally overnight. 

Research in the last 10 years suggests that new mums in heterosexual relationships are more susceptible to a decrease in marital satisfaction after having a baby, usually due to an unequal distribution of work in the home. 

So we need to know, will our relationship with our partner ever be the same? And how do we keep connected when our needs and priorities in the relationship have shifted? To debunk this we've invited Mel Schilling Relationship Expert, you'd probably know her from Married At First Sight, and Confidence Coach to the show.
