Earlier this year, the government announced that it would scrap high private health insurance rebates for people over 65. People opposing this and industry leaders are questioning the fairness of the government’s policy as seniors are beginning to worry about the expenses.  Private Healthcare Australia (peak body) disagrees with government’s estimate of 1% of people losing their private health insurance.
