The Constitutional Court has dismissed an application by former Presidents Jacob Zuma and Thabo Mbeki seeking to have retired Justice Sisi Khampepe recused as chairperson of the TRC Cases Inquiry. The former presidents had argued that her previous roles as a TRC Commissioner and Deputy National Director of Public Prosecutions raised concerns about possible bias.
