The City of Johannesburg has settled its outstanding electricity debt to Eskom in full, paying more than R5.25 billion following months of disputes and intervention by the national government. The settlement means Eskom has withdrawn the PAJA process it had initiated over the arrears. Guest: Councillor Dada Morero - Executive Mayor of Johannesburg
