Correctional Services Minister Pieter Groenewald says the days of prison smugglers are numbered, as the government intensifies raids inside correctional facilities across the country. More than 37 000 cellphones and other contraband have been confiscated in over 1 400 raids, while officials implicated in corruption are also facing disciplinary action.
