The fight over expiring mobile data is back in the spotlight. Parliament's Portfolio Committee on Communications and Digital Technologies says there's no technical reason for South Africans to lose unused data. The committee made the remarks during an oversight visit to MTN's headquarters in Roodepoort, as MTN and Vodacom continue their court challenge against communications regulator ICASA.
