That was the reality for Jonathan Muthige, CEO Growth and Markets Executive of Group Human Capital at Alexander Forbes, when he was diagnosed with Stage 3 aggressive prostate cancer in 2023. What followed was an incredibly difficult journey — one he navigated with the unwavering support of his wife, Nwabisa, and their children.
