(09:39-19:02): Eric Hyde writes “Guilt-ridden Cancel Culture has no foreseeable solution”. Brian and Ian discuss this post by Andrew Arndt on Facebook about penetrating analysis on the connections between the so-called death of God and the current "cancel culture" we are living in - a culture that is terrifying for how widespread, ever-changing, and exacting it is.

(19:02-28:13): We were joined by the President of the Slavic Gospel Association, Michael Johnson. He shared updates and details about the amazing work this ministry is doing. Evangelical Christians in Russia and the former Soviet Union have distributed 1.6 million free meals to families facing hunger due to COVID-19, thanks to the support of the Slavic Gospel Association, the Illinois-based ministry which partners with 6,300 evangelical churches throughout the former Soviet Union.

(28:13-37:50): Dan White Jr. writes “Covid has impacted Sunday-focused, Building-centric, Preaching-oriented Churches—it's a time to embrace the disruption: Desentralize Gatherings, Scatter Leadership Teams, Create Discipleship Pathways, Fund Localized Groups, Deploy 5-fold Gifting, Disperse Training & Resourcing.”

(37:50-47:19): Jesse T. Jackson writes “Todd White Repents: ‘I Haven’t Preached the Whole Gospel!’” in Church Leaders. We take a listen to Todd’s message of repentance and hope for embracing the true Gospel. ‘Shame on You’ Todd White Says to Critics in Sermon Addressing His Repentance.

(47:19-56:44): Brain and Ian read a heartbreaking poem called “Lament for the COVID Kids” by Havens Berkeley - a small group of recent transplants to the East Bay Area began to meet in the home of Leah and Jason Martens.

(56:44-1:05:36): Jayson Casper writes from Lebanon “How I Explained Beirut’s Explosion to My Kids.” As Christian parents, our children must know we will keep them safe. But that does not mean keeping them comfortable.
