Bruce provides an update on the two civil lawsuits have been filed in connection with a deadly wrong-way crash on state Route 315 in May.
The lawsuits were filed by the estate of Kaitlyn Spahr, who was killed in the crash, and by Soogie Choi, who was seriously hurt. Both suits name two defendants. One is Xiaoke Fan, who is accused of stealing a car and driving the wrong way on Route 315 before crashing head-on into the vehicle Spahr and Choi were in. The other defendant is the woman whose car Fan allegedly stole! Lastly, Franklin County ends contract with poverty nonprofit RISE Together Innovation Institute. Let's just say Bruce was not surprised...
